Pinnacle Group are looking for an experienced Maintenance Engineer to assist in the delivery of Total FM focused contracts across a patch of schools based in Swindon. Your role includes maintaining and keeping in good repair, the campus buildings electrical & mechanical systems along with all associated component parts.
This is a full-time role, with a weekly rotating shift pattern of 7am-3pm and 10am-6pm.
You will be joining our Total FM team based in Swindon. The Total FM team provides integrated asset management and maintenance services across the education, leisure, corporate, health and living sectors to ensure facilities operate at their best.

Who We're Looking For

Key responsibilities:
- Building fabric repairs
- Minor electrical work
- Minor plumbing work
- Minor carpentry work
- Air handling system maintenance
Key requirements:
- SSSTS, IOSH or NEBOSH qualification
- Qualified to C&G 2391 and 18th edition.
- Experience and knowledge of building services and facilities engineering
- Good health & safety knowledge
- Excellent attention to detail
