Location: Ryde Isle of Wight
Salary Range: 25,000 to 28,000 (dependent on experience)

Pertemps Isle of Wight are thrilled to offer an exceptional opportunity for a Paint Sprayer to join our established manufacturing client based in Ryde. We are ideally looking for candidates with paint-spraying experience, but all experience is considered.
Key Responsibilities:
  • Prepare parts and assemblies for painting.
  • Mix paint and other materials according to specifications.
  • Ensure facility and spray-painting equipment are in good working condition.
  • Identify and separate non-conforming parts or materials, reporting them to supervisors.
  • Utilize a spray gun to apply paint in conformance with specifications.
  • Employ heat or oven paint drying techniques for special purpose finishes.
  • Monitor machine gauges and equipment operation to detect defects/deviations from standards and make necessary adjustments.
  • Use solvents, wire brushes, and cloths for cleaning sprayers and power equipment.
  • Follow company requirements to select paint and match colours according to specified colour charts.
  • Handle material and minor maintenance tasks.
Ideal Candidate:
  • Hardworking, reliable, and detail oriented.
  • Experience in paint spraying is beneficial, but full training will be provided.
  • Genuine interest in quality and a willingness to learn.
  • Ability to work effectively as part of a team.
  • Maintain a clean and organized workspace.

Working Hours:
Monday to Thursday: 8am to 4.45pm.
Friday: 8am to 2.45pm.
45-minute lunch break and 2 x 15-minute tea breaks.
