Warehouse Team Leader

We are seeking dedicated Team Leaders to join our team. The ideal candidate will be responsible for various warehouse activities (Listed below) .

Shift are Monday to Friday 0800AM-1600PM (Maybe expected to stay a little later being the Team Leader)

  • Ensuring efficient operations by adhering to operational procedures.
  • Ensuring that all goods that are loaded or unloaded match the relevant paperwork
  • Assisting with warehouse inventory controls, which typically involves using a hand-held scanner for receiving & booking in stock / picking / dispatch & out loading stock
  • Storing and rotating stock according to our customers requirements & expectations.
  • Reporting any damaged or missing goods to Warehouse Managers or Supervisors.
  • Making sure the team are hitting targets.
  • Reporting into the managers with hourly/daily updates.
  • Maintaining packing deadlines so the deliveries can go out on time.
  • Following workplace health and safety rules when handling goods for our three temperatures of storage Ambient / Chilled / Frozen .
  • Keeping the warehouse environment clean and tidy with our company CAYG Clean as You Go policy.
  • Cold environment.

Job Type: Full-time

Pay: From £12.92 per hour
