The team you'll be part of

The Customer Experience organization provides a common interface to customers including account and relationship management, acting as the voice of the customer internally and creating demand across our business groups. While bringing deep understanding of local markets for our customer, the CX organization ensures strong alignment between sales and delivery teams

You will be joining a Team of highly competent, committed and enthusiastic people who strive to make the difference for our Customers with innovative solutions and the best technology in the industry. Working with together with seasoned Account managers covering the wider portfolio of Nokia you will lead sales activity for the CNS Core and Applications business. You will have the opportunity to drive business growth, think outside the box and implement new ideas in an environment that is flexible, motivating, inclusive and fun. What you will learn and contribute to

As part of our team, you will:

  • Lead and coordinate sales activities for the CNS portfolio into our broad and growing base of CSP customers.
  • Develop an account plan, vision and technology strategy that translates customer's commercial, operational & technology challenges into sales opportunities
  • Build & manage trust-based, long-term relationships with Senior customers' Technical, Delivery and Commercial departments and drive for continuous improvement of Customer satisfaction and Perceived Value (CES & SPM)
  • Own the account pipeline/funnel and opportunity data for your assigned business area in pipeline management tool
  • Negotiates Customer contracts in alignment with commercial and legal organizations (Acceptance, SoR, payment terms, etc.)

Your skills and experience

With a strong technical background in Cloud, Software and Applications and as a seasoned sales professional with at least 10 years industry experience you will have the ability to articulate Nokia value propositions in a highly relevant and compelling way.

A "Challenger" profile is ideal with an ability to identify customer pain points and growth areas and to test the status quo with innovation. Strong presentation, negotiation and commercial skills will also be essential.
