Clinical Logistics Senior Specialist

Hobson Prior is seeking a Clinical Logistics Senior Specialist. This role involves coordinating and managing the logistics for clinical trials including patient enrolment sample collection and product delivery. You will be a key player in ensuring the smooth running of clinical trials and will work closely with various teams and vendors.
Please note that to be considered for this role you must have the right to work in this location.
Key Responsibilities
Coordinate logistics for clinical trials including patient enrollment sample collection and product delivery.Serve as the main point of contact for clinical trial participants and site research staff.Work with vendors and manufacturers to schedule and coordinate activities related to the clinical trials.Assist in improving the processes related to clinical trials including patient enrollment and treatment.Prepare updates and metrics for management and identify potential issues or risks in the studies.Work with contract research organizations to ensure timelines are met.Participate in the creation and implementation of departmental processes and SOPs.Travel as required.
Requirements
Experience in clinical or logistics roles.Knowledge of Clinical Trials and Cell Therapy is a plus.Ability to work with multiple databases and electronic systems.Strong problem-solving skills and attention to detail.Excellent organizational skills and ability to prioritize tasks.Excellent communication skills.Comfortable working in a fast-paced environment with minimal direction.Knowledge of FDA and ICH requirements related to clinical trials.Knowledge of domestic and international logistics.
