JOB PURPOSE

Support the launch of new products by developing SOPs for production methods and standards, ensuring a seamless transition to Production and effective training for production line operators.

RESPONSIBILITIES
  • Collaborate with the Technical Manager, Industrialisation Product Technician, and Sample Machinists to create and refine SOPs, visual standards, video SOPs, and GSD elements.
  • Ensure timely delivery of SOPs to support training and the Pilot/Production process.
  • Set and document production standards, ensuring easy access and clarity.
  • Maintain compliance with Health and Safety regulations throughout all processes.
  • Assist with various projects and initiatives as required by the department.
  • Support sample production, pilots, and bulk production by developing new SOPs.
  • Demonstrate flexibility with duties and working hours to meet business needs, including covering mixed/staggered shifts or occasional night and weekend work.
  • Respond to reasonable requests from the Senior Production Technician to support urgent sample delivery deadlines.
PERSONAL PROFILE
  • Essential experience with Illustrator and Photoshop.
  • Strong literacy and numeracy skills.
  • Advanced computer literacy.
  • Excellent communication abilities.
  • Knowledge of various product construction methods.
  • Hands-on production sewing experience.
  • Strong problem-solving skills.
  • Ability to work effectively in a team.
