What we're looking for:

Day in the life of:
You will be working within the kitchen to support our breakfast service. Our guests value and look forward to starting their day with a smile from our breakfast assistants and eating the delicious food you will prepare as a breakfast chef.
You will prepare continental breakfast-style food as well as hot English breakfast items for the breakfast buffet. You will continuously monitor the buffet and top-up items as needed throughout the breakfast service times. In addition, you will cook and prepare items to order off the breakfast menu.
Example key responsibilities:
Supporting the Chef de Partie in delivering a high standard of food and service at all times Working across a variety of different sections, supporting the team Preparation of food ensuring ingredients and portion sizes are controlled accurately Adhering to the company's Food Hygiene Standards and Health & Safety Regulations at all times Responsible for stock rotation and replenishment Ensuring all preparation is complete and ready for each service as requested Monitoring and ensuring cleanliness of the kitchen areas including refrigerators and freezers Attention to detail at all times in the food and kitchen service you provide Cooperating in a professional manner with the whole of the Kitchen team Maintaining a tidy work area to help with efficiency Support preparation of staff meals
