The Role:

As an IT Technician, you will play a crucial role in ensuring the smooth operation of our school’s IT infrastructure.

Technical Support: You will be the first point of contact for technical issues, assisting both pupils and staff with their IT needs. From troubleshooting hardware and software problems to maintaining our network, your expertise will keep our systems running seamlessly.Resource Management: You will learn how to manage and maintain our IT resources, ensuring they are safe and effective for use by our school community. Your attention to detail will be essential in keeping our technology up and running.Training and Development: We believe in continuous learning. You will have access to training opportunities and the chance to expand your skills. Whether it’s mastering the latest software or enhancing your troubleshooting abilities, we’re here to support your growth.


Qualifications and Skills:

To thrive in this role, you will need:

GCSEs: A minimum of 5 A-C or 1-5 GCSE passes, including English and Mathematics.Passion for IT: An eagerness to learn and a genuine interest in technology.
