Join us in enhancing the experience of our Black Students. Be part of a team executing and overseeing a diverse array of projects, initiatives, events, and administrative tasks aligned with the University's strategic goals.

You will monitor and evaluate the impact and effectiveness of activities related to our Black students' experience, ensuring the high quality of the program. You'll actively incorporate feedback mechanisms and undertake benchmarking to drive continuous improvement.

Experience in coordinating, supporting, and delivering events or projects is essential, as you'll be involved in various initiatives aimed at enhancing our students' experience. Additionally, you'll need to navigate and comply with complex regulations and procedures, such as data protection and immigration regulations, while handling intricate queries with ease.

The University of Leicester prides itself on the diversity of its student population and on being an inclusive employer. We encourage applications from candidates who represent the diversity of our student population, local communities and wider society. In particular, we welcome applications from Black, Asian and minority ethnic candidates, as this is a staff group currently underrepresented in the University.
