Planner / Scheduler - Social Housing Repairs & Maintenance

Permanent Position
Based in Leeds
Up to £30,000 per annum - dependent on experience

At TSR, we are partnering with a leading UK contractor to recruit experienced and proactive Repairs Planners / Schedulers for their team. This role focuses on repairs and maintenance within social housing and is a full-time, permanent position based in Leeds.

Key Requirements:

  • Proven experience as a Planner / Scheduler in a Social Housing contract
  • Strong time management and communication skills
  • Proficiency in using repairs and maintenance software

Responsibilities:

  • Manage calls through the system
  • Oversee operatives' diaries
  • Plan and schedule repairs and maintenance requests
  • Liaise with operatives, tenants, and the client
  • Track and monitor work to completion
  • Coordinate appointments, materials, and logistics
  • Ensure all trades are prepared and present on-site, with works completed according to client deadlines
