HR COMPLIANCE OFFICER – 6-months FTC, Cardiff, up to £35,000 (DOE), 12+ months experience required. An opportunity has become available to join a friendly law firm on a fixed-term contract basis within HR administration team.



• You will be responsible for overseeing all general HR administration processes whilst ensuring adherence to relevant laws, regulations, and company policies. This includes onboarding, employment checks, employment contracts, change administration, payroll updates, and HR system maintenance.
• Ensuring HR records and systems deliver accurate and timely data.
• There will be responsibility over maintaining and enforcing HR Standard Operating Procedures and policies, reporting any issues, and recommending necessary changes.
• Performing HR system data inputs and audits in preparation for a new HR system implementation.
• Assisting in the development of HR systems, reporting mechanisms, and documentation.
• Supporting additional tasks and projects as required.
• The suitable candidate will possess excellent attention to detail and organisational skills, with impressive administrative and IT skills.
• This role offers hybrid working with up to 2 days per week in the office, and the rest from home.
