We are looking for a new team member to join Cleaning Services.

We continually invest in the development of our staff with training leading to qualifications in equipment, health and safety and cleaning procedures to BICSc standards. No experience necessary but we ask that applicants share our commitment to customer service and a vision of a cleaner Denbighshire.

Job Purpose:

To provide an efficient Building Cleaning Service at Denbighshire County Council Sites.

Principal Accountabilities And Responsibilities

Perform cleaning tasks, to a satisfactory standard, as per the site cleaning specification and frequencies

Ensure all lights are extinguished and windows secured on completion of cleaning operation

Ensure safe working practices are adhered to at all times in particular those relating to the use of machinery and chemical substances.

Report defective equipment immediately to the appropriate supervisor.

Order and receive cleaning materials as required.

Maintain storage lockers at cupboards in a clean and tidy condition

Complete signing in / signing out register each day

Be properly attired at all times
