A well respected Pulborough based client are seeking a full time permanent office based Administrator - HR to support with HR, reception and general office assistance.

Description

As Administrator - HR you will be responsible for:

Maintaining the HR system, updating new starters, leavers and amendmentsActing as the main point of contact for all employees and visitorsOrganising all new starter HR inductions and passesManaging leavers exit interviewsCoordination of training for staff on site, booking courses, raising POs, organising training and recording of coursesGeneral day to day business admin, reception cover, data entryOrganising staff events, travel and meetings
