Working for a a growing business within the marketing services sector, you would be joining a business with a brilliant working environment and culture, which truly values its employees.Your key responsibilities will include directly managing two individuals in Sales Ledger and Purchase Ledger, orchestrating seamless transaction processing, and contributing to enhancements in our reporting frameworks, systems, and controls.THE JOB:Overseeing Transactional processes, management of sales and purchase ledgerProviding cashflow forecastsReview all balance sheet accounts and prepare monthly reconciliationsManage intercompany recharges and balancesManaging payroll processingLeading month end processes including journals, accruals, prepayments and fixed assetsPrepare and submit monthly VAT returnsMaintain the daily cashflowsSupport the Finance Business Partners with ad hoc projects EXPERIENCE/QUALIFICATIONS /SKILLS:Team management experienceMust have at least 3 years’ experience in a similar roleStrong technical, analytic, and reporting skillsExcellent IT skills (advanced knowledge of Excel essential)Accurate and attention to detailAble to meet deadlinesTechnically strongInquisitive and a finisher SALARY AND BENEFITS:£35,000Hybrid workingFull study support28 days holiday plus statutoryIncome protectionHealthcareLife insuranceSocial events and charity days
