Maintenance Operative

Are you a reliable and skilled Maintenance Operative looking for your next opportunity? We have an exciting temporary position available . Join our client's team and make a valuable contribution to their operations.

About the Role:

  • Temporary position - 2 weeks, with the possibility of extension

- Monday to Friday, 9:00am to 5:00pm

  • Hourly rate ranging from 12.00 to 12.75PH

Responsibilities:

  • Conduct regular inspections and maintenance tasks to ensure buildings are kept in optimal condition
  • Carry out repairs and troubleshoot issues as required
  • Assist with general maintenance duties, including painting, carpentry, and plumbing
  • Identify and report any potential risks or hazards
  • Collaborate with the maintenance team to achieve set goals

Requirements:

  • Previous experience in building maintenance or a similar role
  • Strong knowledge of general maintenance procedures and equipment
  • Excellent problem-solving skills and attention to detail
  • Ability to work independently and as part of a team
  • Good communication skills, both written and verbal
  • Flexibility to adapt to changing priorities and tasks
