We specialise in new MG cars, prestige and quality pre-owned cars.We are seeking to hire a Workshop Manager to replace our upcoming retirement.Essential Skills and ExperienceFull Drivers LicenceA minimum of 10 years' experience as a mechanic, preferably in a managerial positionDesirable Skills and ExperienceMOT certified Good organisational and IT skillsExperience in customer service with strong leadership skills and the ability to motivate your team to achieve successThe RoleThis position is a combination of a management role and 'hands-on' requirements and plays a critical role in the growth and development of our company.
You will be responsible for managing and controlling all workshop operations.
