GENERAL DESCRIPTION OF POSITION OF THE PIONEER PUMP SOLUTIONS

Responsible in managing accounting accuracy and completeness of accounting in compliance with local regulations and U.S. GAAP. Support Managing Director in providing report and cost controls.

Key Responsibilities

ESSENTIAL DUTIES AND RESPONSIBILITIES
Organize the daily activities of the accounting clerks, ensuring accuracy and completeness of journal entries. Ensuring the integrity of data, including payments made to vendors and/or money received from customers. Ensure the correctness and completeness of following cycles: i) accounts payable, ii) fixed assets, iii) payroll, iv) cash books, v) taxes and tribute. Training and develops the accounting clerks, existing and new hires Reconcile bank statements and accounting ledgers. Ensure accuracy and timeliness of VAT declarations and other periodical tributary obligations. Prepares journal entries and performs general accounting functions. Support Managing Director in providing report and costs controls
SUPERVISORY RESPONSIBILITIES
Supervises non-supervisory employee(s).
o Planning, assigning, and directing work; appraising performance, rewarding, and disciplining employees; addressing complaints and resolving problems.

o Working with Human Resources on employee issues.

Skills Knowledge and Expertise

Skills and Abilities
Understands complex accounting and accounting principles. Understands relevant ERP system processes Effectively communicates information and responds to questions in person-to-person and small group situations with customers, clients, the general public, and other employees of the organization. Maintains confidentiality and uses discretion with business information. Writes routine reports and correspondence. Utilizes common-sense understanding to carry out written, oral, or diagrammed instructions. Deals with problems involving several known variables in situations of routine nature. Plans the time, method, manner, and/or performance sequence of own work; may also occasionally assist in planning work assignments performed by others within a limited area of operation. Completes some moderately repetitive tasks.
Education and Experience
Bachelor's degree accounting, business administration, finance, or a related field (required) Three to five years of relevant experience in accounting, finance, or a related field (required). Leadership or Supervisory experience (required).
Computer Skills
Advanced: Accounting, alphanumeric data entry, payroll systems, spreadsheet, word processing/typing. Basic: Database.
