Transactional Accounts Manager

Assist with the review of current processes and procedures and update these to build a well controlled finance environmentEnsure all purchase invoices have been posted before month end close and all expenditures are authorised correctly Review and maintain Aged Creditors in line with cashflowEnsure all sales invoices have been raised in the month and aged debt has been chasedUndertake monthly bank reconciliations to meet financial reporting deadlinesPerform regular balance sheet reconciliations and investigating any outstanding transactionsManage the expenses and ensure that these have been raised and authorised in line with company procedures and policy. Assist the FC to implement changes in accounting policies and procedures Liaise with internal stakeholders to improve billings, collections and payment processesProvide cover for other team members as requiredSome occasional travel may be required
Suitable Candidate
Experience or AAT 3 and a min of 2-5 years experience in transactional accounting.Strong attention to detail, discipline and bookkeepingSelf motivated, team orientated and friendlyExperience of Xero would be an advantage
