We are searching for a friendly lodge receptionist to welcome students, academic staff, conference delegates, and Bed & Breakfast visitors at our client's location in the heart of Oxford.

The shift rota involves working alternating patterns of early and late day shifts, including some weekends and bank holidays (night shifts are covered by a contract team). Early shifts start at 7 am, and late shifts finish at 10 pm, each lasting 8 hours.

Applicants need to demonstrate computer skills and some flexibility with hours of work. You should be tactful, polite, resourceful, and able to deal with people at all levels. Ideally, you should also have recent experience in hospitality reception or a retail background, along with a steady and friendly character. Good conversational spoken English is a must.
