Job Purpose
Managing a diverse client portfolio, monitoring the commercial aspects of portfolio management, ensuring deadlines and fee recovery targets are metPreparing and delivering accurate and well-informed tax adviceSupporting business development by attending prospective meetings, quoting for services and encouraging skill sharing amongst the wider firmManaging your own portfolio of personal tax compliance clientsMentoring junior team members, assisting with workflow management, quality control, and providing trainingNurturing trusted client relationships, proactively handling queries and problem solvingKeeping up-to-date with the latest tax knowledge and changes in the industry About The Employer
