ANR Administrator

Description As the ANR administrator, you will be responsible for the ANR submission, triage and escalation of customer site issues and hazard observations, ensuring customers are informed, issues are confirmed corrected and drivers and operations staff within Flexigrid are informed of progress and resolution. In addition, the ANR administrator, as an administrator for the central PI team, you will be responsible for the review of events and escalation as required, as well as provide administrative support to the analytics and process safety team, from keeping minutes to day to day team queries. Key Responsibilities Action needed reports (ANRs) Processing of ANRs including producing weekly and monthly summaries Recording of paper receipted ANRs into EcoOnline system Triaging, review and escalation of paper and electronic ANRs Issue weekly report to drivers and management regarding closed out and outstanding site issues Ensure actions from ANRs are closed out in a timely manner, reviewed and escalated where required EcoOnline Managing EcoOnline

review and escalation of Flexgrid reports SHEQ admin Support the SHEQ personnel with basic admin tasks as required Take SHEQ meeting minutes Ensure actions from ANRs are closed out in a timely manner, reviewed and escalated where required General: Role model the Greenergy values Any other reasonable tasks as requested Skills, Knowledge and Expertise Qualifications and experience:

Previous administration experience- Essential Experience with the forecourt/fuel/OGC Industry-Desirable Mathematics degree/Equivalent qualifications- Desirable Health and safety qualification (eg NEBOSH)- Desirable Personal attributes:
