They are currently looking for a Gluing Operator to join their Finishing/Gluing Department. You will be using the latest Bobst and Baumer HHS equipment to achieve the high-quality finish their customers expect. Our client is looking for a candidate with experience of the Packaging Sector and knowledge of Bobst Gluers Requirements: Previous experience, as an operator, with the ability to make ready all styles including straight-line, crash lock and integral fitments Attention to detail Ability to problem solve, trouble shoot and innovate Capable of working to strict deadlines in a fast paced and adaptable environment Good communication skills Work with high quality materials, cartons and finishes Ensuring the companies quality standards are maintained Leading a small team, reporting to Gluing Manager Enthusiasm and determination to excel
