We currently have three schools in our Trust: Woolwich Polytechnic School for Boys, a long-successful boys’ school, Woolwich Polytechnic School for Girls that opened in 2019, and Bannockburn Primary School, a large successful primary that joined the Trust on 1st November 2023. We also have our flourishing Sixth Form provision which is co-educational.

Following the success of our first ever Ofsted inspection at Woolwich Polytechnic School for Girls, we are looking for dedicated staff that will join us on our journey in delivering an outstanding education for all our students. Woolwich Polytechnic School for Girls are looking to appoint a motivated and inspiring Safeguarding and Welfare Officer to support the DSL and pastoral team with all safeguarding and welfare matters.

The successful candidate will work to ensure that our students are safe, happy and successful at our school, working with colleagues and external agencies where appropriate, to secure the highest standard of student welfare and personal development.

The successful candidate should have a professional appearance, attitude and will be able to deal with staff, students and parents with confidence. They should also have strong interpersonal skills, be confident in their approach and demonstrate high levels of attention to detail.
