Are you a Manager from a technical or commercial background within the Mechanical or Hydraulic industries?

Excellent opportunity to take a pivotal role, where you will become renowned as a technical expert within a specialist market, whilst having autonomy to develop your department and the multiple teams within.

They are universally renowned for their aftersales service support, alongside their innovative, quality products, which is a reputation that you will play a role in maintaining and growing across the UK.

You will provide aftersales service support to important end-user clients, mentoring and training-up the highly-skilled direct reports within your team. You will delegate work to Field Service Engineers, ensuring that service work is completed to high standards, and report back to senior management avenues for continuous improvements, as well as further commercial opportunities.

This role suits a Manager from a technical or commercial background within the Mechanical or Hydraulic industries.

The Role

  • Aftersales service support to end-user clients.
  • Managing and training-up highly-skilled direct reports, delegating work to Field Service Engineers.
  • Reporting back to senior management avenues for continuous improvements, as well as further commercial opportunities.

The Person

  • Manager from a technical or commercial background.
  • Experience within the Mechanical or Hydraulic industries.
  • Looking to progress into a key-strategic position as the go-to point of contact for aftersales service across the UK.
