We are pleased to assist our valued client working a busy Law firm across Coventry & Warwickshire for their Junior Children & Families Public Law.

This is a starting position and full training given and excellent opportunity to grow and develop within the firm.

Own transport essential, due to visiting courts, clients etc.

Job Purpose:
Assist Fee Earners with the preparation of Care work
Work in accordance with the Office Manual

Key Responsibilities:
Liaise with clients in person, via telephone and email
Produce accurate detailed work to ensure excellence in legal services
Maintain files and ensure efficient case management of care matters
Draft any documentation in accordance with efficient file management including correspondence, briefs, court documentation, full attendance notes and statements of evidence
Time record in accordance with the Firm's policy and prepare bills as necessary
Attend to clients at court with counsel
Undertake typing work for fee earners as and when required
Make appointments for clients
Provide general administrative support as and when required
Undertake any reasonable instructions made by Directors, Department Heads or Fee Earners within the limits of this job description
Attend department meetings as required.
