This role offers a unique opportunity to immerse yourself in the vibrant atmosphere of a 'Good' primary school and make a real difference in the lives of Year 6 pupils. As a Primary Academic Coach, you will be instrumental in supporting students through their SATs preparation journey, equipping them with the skills and confidence they need to succeed.
 
This hands-on role provides invaluable experience for individuals considering a career in education. You will work closely with experienced teachers, gaining insight into effective teaching strategies and classroom management techniques. Moreover, you will have the chance to develop your interpersonal skills by building meaningful relationships with students, parents, and colleagues.
 
The ideal candidate will possess a passion for education and a desire to inspire young minds. While prior experience in a similar role is advantageous, it is not essential. This position is perfect for recent graduates looking to gain practical experience in a supportive environment, with the potential for further career progression within the field of education.
