Following a detailed conversation with a Contracts Manager of a Kent based House Builder this morning I am looking to speak to Site Managers on the Kent coast to deliver a development of 132 units.
The development between Canterbury and Herne Bay will consist of 30 flats in 3 x low rise blocks and a further 102 Traditional Build houses.
Key Requirements:
- Extensive experience with a Volume House Builder.
- NHBC PIJ award winner ( either as No1 or part of a team).
- Traditional Build experience.
- Strong IT Skills.
- Strong NHBC standards knowledge.
- No1 Site Manager experience.
- Stable career history.
Qualifications:
- NVQ Level 6 in Site Management
- Black CSCS Card
- 3 Day First Aid
- Scaffold Inspection
- Temporary Works
On Offer:
- Basic salary up to £72k
- Car allowance of £6.5k or company car
