Job Description
  • Management of month end routines for RBGH, RBIE and HC
  • Ownership of the RBGH,RBIE and HC Balance Sheet including the reconciliation process
  • Maintenance of Fixed Asset reporting, tagging and verification in line with Local Directive
  • Review and manage Accounts Payable Monitor (APM) and Intercompany aging reports
  • Preparation of VAT Returns for RBGH and RBIE
  • Review and manage import deferment account/declarations and associated postings
  • Management of Recharge processes and resolution of queries
  • Support and manage the signatories process for payment authorisation • Administer the Barclaycard process in line with local Policy
  • Completion of the Office of National Statistics forms for RBGB & RBGH
  • Daily management of interface and relationship with each
  • GSA
  • Conclude escalation queries for AA and AP raised by Romania & Bangalore (GS Hubs)
  • Manage Ad-hoc projects related to tasks contained in Job description


Qualifications
  • Currently studying for a degree in a relevant discipline e.g. Business & Finance.


Additional Information

You should be a proficient user of Microsoft Office; additionally, it is highly desirable that you are an advanced user of Excel.
  • An eye for detail is essential as well being a quick learner.
  • You should be able to prioritise workload accordingly to meet targets and have the ability to adhere to deadlines.
  • You should be proactive and with a positive attitude.
  • You should be enthusiastic, determined and flexible.
  • You will have good organisational skills.
  • Good communicator who is clear and able to communicate at all levels.
  • Quick learner that is analytical and accurate with a high level of attention to detail.
  • Strong team player.
