Location: Hybrid working. You would need to be available to go to the offices in Portsmouth for two weeks. Thereafter you can do 4 days remote and will only need to attend the offices one day per week.

Hours of work: 37 hours per week Monday to Friday

Salary: £27,000 P/A

Duration: 3 months

Start date: ASAP.

Dynamite recruitment is working in partnership with a fantastic organisation who are based in Portsmouth.

As an Administrator you will:
  • Receiving incoming calls from customers and assist them where possible.
  • Make an occasional outbound courtesy call to customers.
  • Navigating multiple systems to upload confidential information onto the system.
  • Check that work has been completed and updated on the internal system.
  • Manage a high volume of various administrative tasks.
The ideal Administrator will have/be:
  • Good administration skills and experience
  • Confident and comfortable on the phone
  • Experience or willingness to deal with complaints over the phone where needed.
  • Analytical
  • Strong attention to detail
  • Team player
  • Organised
  • Able to pick up various systems quickly.
