It is actively seeking to hire a commercial property solicitor with 3+ years' PQE to join the expanding successful team in Stroud.

What the role will involve:

  • Acting for a range of clients and managing a varied caseload of commercial property matters
  • Sales and purchases of properties and businesses
  • Landlord and tenant matters including grant and assignment of leases and lease renewals
