This role requires a highly motivated HR Business Partner who can travel across the region & work collaboratively across this not-for-profit organisation supporting service managers.

Description

Develop and implement HR strategies and initiatives aligned with the overall business strategyWork closely with service managers across the region acting as a strategic business partner.Support business needs through effective recruitment, on-boarding, and talent management processesOversee and manage a performance appraisal system that drives high performanceAssess training needs and monitor training programsReport to management and provide decision support through HR metricsEnsure legal compliance throughout human resource managementAct as a point of contact for employees on any HR related queries

Profile

A successful HR Business Partner should have:

Proven working experience as an HR Manager or HR Business PartnerAbility to travel 2-3 days per week.Knowledge of HR systems and databasesAbility to architect strategy along with leadership skills.Excellent active listening, negotiation and presentation skillsCompetence to build and effectively manage interpersonal relationships at all levels of the company

Job Offer

A competitive salary package between £45,000 to £50,000pa.Hybrid working, with the need to travel a couple of times a week.Generous annual leave from day 1, in addition to bank holidaysThe opportunity to contribute meaningfully to a not-for-profit organisation making a difference in the communityA supportive and inclusive company culture that values employee input and innovation
