Management Accountant

Responsibilities:

Production of monthly management accounts including journals, reconciliations, overhead analysis.Preparation of monthly balance sheet reconciliations.Oversee inter-company invoicing and reconciling group balances.Responsible for maintaining the standard cost of Raw Materials, WIP and Finished GoodsReporting productions variances, implementing changes / improvements with the production team to resolve costing or process issues.Monitoring costs against budgets and investigating variances.Preparing weekly cash flow forecasting.Quarterly VAT Returns.Supporting site Financial Controller.Providing line management and guidance to the Finance AdministratorOpportunity to support the implementation of the new ERP system in 2024, ensuring data integrity and ownership going forward

What we're looking for in the successful Management Accountant:
CIMA or ACCA fully qualified or finalist.Degree in Finance, Accountancy, Maths or equivalent experienceManagement Accountant with experience of Manufacturing environmentsCost & Project AccountingAble to work autonomously and part of integrated teamsSomebody who has further career ambitions to develop into a Financial Controller in the future
