Role Overview

My client is seeking a Family Solicitor or Legal Executive with 5+ years' PQE to join its collaborative and friendly Partner led team in Maidenhead.

Key Responsibilities

As a subject matter expert, you will handle:

  • Divorce: Manage divorce proceedings and related issues
  • Financial Disputes: Address financial disputes arising from family breakdowns
  • Children: Handle child custody and related matters
  • Agreements: Manage financial, prenuptial, and postnuptial agreements, especially those involving international links and assets
  • Cohabitation Disputes: Resolve disputes under TOLATA and Schedule 1
  • Civil Partnerships & Injunctions: Oversee civil partnership dissolutions and injunction applications

Ideal Candidate

We are looking for a candidate who:

  • Experience: Has 4+ years' PQE in family law
  • Skills: Demonstrates enthusiasm and excellent interpersonal skills
  • Resilience: Remains calm and effective under pressure
