Hunter Gatherer is working alongside our professional Community Psychiatric Nurse who will be working with our Older Adult Team as a CPN in Greater Manchester. Here are the details:

* Job Title: CPN Older Adults

* Band: 6

* Location: Greater Manchester

* Duration: 6 Months which can be ongoing

* Schedule: Weekdays and weekends

* Rate of pay: £25 - £27 an hour with enhanced rates on the weekend

Your responsibilities will include:

Requirements and qualifications required for this role:

* Current and valid registration with the NMC.

* Proven experience within a CPN recovery role

* Strong communication and interpersonal skills.

* Ability to work independently and as part of a multidisciplinary team.

* Commitment to providing high-quality patient care.

* Must have experience of working with older adults and lone working.

* Expected Duties- Taking Duty calls, possibly clinical duties (depot injections in community),

* Liaison with MDT (Consultant Psychiatrist/GPs/ external agencies)

* Use of PARIS electronic system.

* Liaison with external and internal depts.
