This leading professional services firm are well established globally for their ability to provide market leading business and legal services. They provide legal assistance to a wide range of clients, including international corporates, high-net-worth individuals, local governments and authorities as well. Collaborating with the firm's network enables them to leverage their accounting, tax, human resources and other business services to provide complex, synchronized advice to their clients.
The team advise UK and international clients across various sectors and markets, including banking, payments, fintech, consumer credit, neo-banks, start-ups, digital assets, crypto, market infrastructure, funds, derivatives, private equity and broader asset management. The team's lawyers have a broad financial services background and have assisted clients with regulatory change relating to Brexit, CRD5 / CRR2, IFR / IFD, IBOR transition, and digital assets regulation. The team consists of a mix of retail and non-retail lawyers, including 2 partners.
The team are looking for an experienced Senior Associate with at 5 years' PQE to join their thriving practice in London. The ideal candidate will have experience of wholesale and/or banking (non-retail) regulation. Regulatory capital experience would be advantageous but not required.
