What you will be doing:
Providing an excellent service and acting as the first point of contact for customers calling into the business, building a rapport listening to their needs. Using your sale skills to upsell and hit those sales target.
We are looking for someone who:

  • Remains cool under pressure: able to juggle tasks no problem
  • Works well in a team, coming together to collaborate and delivering excellent experience to our customers.
  • Experienced sales driven individual with previous experience in a direct sales, outbound/inbound contact centre environment
