Air Tightness Consultant

My client specialises in providing thorough air-tightness testing services tailored for both domestic and commercial developers. Through their meticulous approach, they offer invaluable pre-test planning and guidance to guarantee that buildings meet and exceed regulatory standards. Additionally, they boast accreditation from reputable organisations such as UKAS, ATTMA, and RIBA, a testament to their unwavering commitment to maintaining high standards of quality and expertise within the industry.

Requirements:

* ATTMA Level 2 certification

* Excellent written and verbal communication skills

* Experience in air tightness or a related field and/or holding the CWCT qualification

* Possession of a full UK driver's licence

* Proficiency in working under pressure in a fast-paced environment

Responsibilities:

* Assisting clients in resolving defects and ensuring regulatory compliance for their projects/developments.

* Collaborating directly with clients and other key members of the acoustics team to ensure successful outcomes.

* Preparing and structuring reports and supporting documents to provide a comprehensive assessment of design and monitoring issues during the initial construction phases.

* Regularly attending meetings with key stakeholders from design and contractor teams to assess designs and review findings from inspections.
