The Role:

As Materials Planner, you ll be responsible for supporting the finished goods planning of in-house production and brought-in merchandise, ensuring supply capability and supporting the company s windows division to achieve their production and strategy targets. In this varied role, your duties will include:

  • Demand determination, order triggering, goods receipt and inventory monitoring
  • Invoice management for purchased items and delivery date management
  • Troubleshooting delivery issues
  • Creating reports for active customer communication
  • Participation in technical, conceptual, and operational control of the scheduling processes
  • Defining the minimum stock quantities in coordination with internal colleagues

The successful Materials Planner should have:

  • SAP implementation experience, or experience with APO module
  • Familiarity with SAP language and system architecture / data flows
  • Exposure to change management and AS IS : TO BE Modelling gap analysis
  • Datasheet / data management experience
  • Experience of working in a similar industry e.g. construction, FMCG, or process industry
  • Ability to travel abroad for training
