Job Advert: Forklift Drivers (Pharmaceutical Industry) - 2 Positions

We are currently recruiting for Forklift Drivers to join our client's team in the Pharmaceutical industry. This is a temporary role based in Croydon, London, offering full-time hours.

Our client is a leading pharmaceutical company with a strong focus on providing high-quality products to improve patient health. They are committed to innovation, safety, and ensuring the utmost quality in everything they do. They value their employees and strive to create a positive and inclusive work environment. You will need a Standard DBS due to the nature of the business, however, if you do not have one, we can undertake a check for you.

Responsibilities:

  • Operating a forklift to safely and efficiently move materials and products within the warehouse
  • Loading and unloading trucks and containers
  • Storing and organising products within the warehouse
  • Conducting regular inspections of the forklift and reporting any maintenance or safety issues
  • Adhering to health and safety regulations at all times

Requirements:

  • Valid forklift certification and experience operating a forklift
  • Strong attention to detail and ability to follow instructions
  • Good physical fitness, as the role may involve lifting and carrying heavy loads
  • Excellent communication and teamwork skills
  • Understanding of health and safety regulations related to forklift operation

The office is conveniently located in Croydon, London, just a 16-minute walk from Ampere Way tram station.
