About the Role:

As a Senior Mechanical Design Manager, you will play a pivotal role in the successful delivery of complex construction projects. Your responsibilities will include:

  • Leading and managing a team of mechanical design engineers.
  • Overseeing the design and development of mechanical HVAC systems for construction projects.
  • Collaborating with architects, engineers, and other stakeholders to ensure seamless integration of mechanical designs.
  • Ensuring compliance with relevant codes, standards, and regulations.
  • Providing technical expertise and guidance to the design team.
  • Managing project budgets and timelines.

Qualifications:

  • Proven experience in design engineering and mechanical engineering, with a focus on HVAC systems.
  • Proficiency in product design and CAD software.
  • Strong analytical and problem-solving skills.
  • Excellent communication and interpersonal abilities.
  • Ability to work collaboratively in a team environment.
  • Professional engineering certification (e.g., CEng) is highly desirable.
