Key Responsibilities:

Handling a broad range of Real Estate transactions, including Acquisitions, Disposals, Leases, and development projectsAdvising Clients on Property Law matters, ensuring compliance with Legal requirements and best practicesDrafting and negotiating contracts, Leases, and other Legal documentsConducting due diligence and managing Real Estate transactions from inception to completionBuilding and maintaining strong Client relationships through effective communication and Client serviceCollaborating with colleagues across the firm to provide comprehensive Legal support to Clients

Qualifications and Requirements:

Qualified solicitor with between NQ-3 years' PQE in Real Estate LawStrong knowledge of Scottish Property Law and Commercial Real Estate transactionsExcellent drafting, negotiation, and analytical skillsAbility to manage a diverse caseload with a high degree of professionalism and efficiencyStrong interpersonal and communication skills, with the ability to build rapport with Clients and colleaguesProactive, detail-oriented, and capable of working independently as well as part of a team
