In this role, you will be responsible for carrying out planned & reactive building & engineering maintenance services to mechanical systems, ensuring that Heating & Ventilation systems are operating effectively, and taking responsibility for health, safety & risk management matters. You will work within a maintenance team of technicians from multiple different core trades, and apply your own core trade skills where necessary on maintenance work.

The ideal candidate will be a Level 3 Qualified Engineer/Technician who has mechanical maintenance experience and possesses solid core mechanical skills. This will include fault-finding skills related to heating & ventilation systems and knowledge & experience of valves and motors.

This role would suit a Facilities Maintenance Technician with a Mechanical Bias who is looking to receive more training opportunities and work for an organisation that offers stability, security, career prospects and generous benefits.

The Role:

  • Delivering planned & reactive maintenance services to mechanical systems
  • Ensure the smooth running & operation of Building, Heating & Ventilation systems
  • Work as part of a multi-skilled maintenance team and apply your own core trades skills
  • Take responsibility for matters relating to health, safety & risk management
