We are seeking a motivated and detail-oriented Commercial Account Handler to join our dynamic team. In this role, you will play a key part in generating revenue and enhancing the profitability of our business while ensuring compliance with all relevant regulations.

Key Responsibilities:

  • Manage all aspects of commercial insurance including new business, renewals, mid-term adjustments, claims, and client queries.
  • Ensure adherence to compliance standards and best practices in all business activities.
  • Handle complaints professionally and in accordance with company policies.
  • Maintain high levels of customer service, providing expert advice and guidance to clients.
  • Actively work to secure renewal business and promote in-house premium financing solutions.
  • Collaborate with Account Executives and maintain strong relationships with insurers and underwriters.

What We're Looking For:

  • Experience: Working knowledge of commercial insurance products and experience in a similar account handler role.
  • Skills: Strong attention to detail, confident communication skills, and the ability to build relationships with clients and insurers.
  • IT Proficiency: Familiarity with Acturis and Microsoft products.
  • Qualifications: Commitment to pursuing Cert CII; existing Cert CII qualification is a plus.
  • Compliance: Understanding of FCA compliance standards.
