Night Care Worker

Bristol

Recently increased hourly rate to £12.00 an hour plus some great company benefits.

We are looking for empathetic, passionate and hard working Care Workers to join our nights team in Bristol.

About the role:

We value our service users and encourage them to be as independent as possible. Duties as a Care Worker will vary on a shift basis and these may include supporting with personal care needs, prompting, or assisting with medication, preparing and serving meals, laundry and cleaning around the building.

Hours of work are 22-00 - 07:45 and we are looking to cover a Friday and Saturday night.

With a network of branches across the UK, Mears has been providing housing with care support services since 1994.

We aim to work in partnership with commissioners and others to develop and deliver high-quality care in the community to vulnerable people. Our goal is to provide housing with care based on an enabling approach with an outcome focused support planning process.

As a large provider of social care services, Mears works collaboratively with multi-disciplinary teams to address challenges in the social care marketplace.

We are Mears Supported Living Ltd, providing a range of care and support services to people out in the community and in their own homes.

You don't need to have previous experience in this field, nor do you need qualifications - we're happy to work with you to help you become an excellent care worker.

All our roles require candidates to have the entitlement to work within the UK, Mears does not currently offer visa sponsorship.
