We are looking for a Business Analyst to drive a diverse range of projects and initiatives for the MarTech team at King. This is an opportunity to join a highly valued and dynamic team that supports a range of business functions in a creative, ambitious and collaborative environment. The MarTech team is uniquely positioned at the intersection of the business, technology, data and third parties with the goal of continuously evolving the way we operate in Marketing. We work with all Marketing channels and leadership to ensure that we have the right technology and processes in place to reach our Marketing objectives effectively and efficiently.

Your responsibilities will include:

Marketing Technology
Regularly audit and analyse the MarTech technologies contracted by King and any requirements for enhancements or changesManage initiatives to test and integrate 3rd party and internal tools for the marketing teamResearch, recommend and implement new marketing technology products to drive innovation or efficienciesCollaborate closely with technical teams and marketing partners to deliver solutionsAssist in the preparation of cases and in contract negotiation, legal, IT and finance processesSupport creation and alignment of MarTech roadmapCreate and build relationships with external vendorsSupport/train the marketing team on MarTech toolset
Lead implementation of "work smarter" initiatives by:
Collaborating across teams to create, optimize and implement processes to improve collaboration, communication, speed and content creationLooking for opportunities for automation and how to reduce complexity and improve productivityAnalyzing trends and themes, make recommendations on ways to continually improve and refine the way we work
Project Management
Manage projects from inception to completion, partnering with the Marketing, Technology, Games teams and external vendorsCreate and maintain project plans, trackers, communication plans and follow-up routines
Skills to create thrills

You are passionate about marketing and technology and have a growth mindset. Other skills include:
Experience working within an internet, civil service, consultancy or gaming business in a marketing operations, business analyst, consultant, tech researcher, or marketing technology roleExperience with growth and performance marketing technologiesExperience managing multi-functional initiatives and projects in a dynamic agile business environmentSolid skills for identifying problems, solving issues and problem-solvingAbility to transform an idea into a viable end to end implementation planDetail oriented, quality focused and player centricA self-starter who is willing to roll up your sleeves and get things doneDemonstrable ability to work in a dynamic environment with ambiguitySuperb communication and presentation skills with the ability to build relationships internally and externally
