Job Purpose
Manage the tax delivery for a significant portfolio, primarily corporate tax clients.Work closely with Partners and Directors to lead a thriving tax team.Deliver sound technical knowledge as clients’ go-to advisor.Support the firm’s strategic direction by scoping new business opportunities.Liaise with clients as their go-to advisor, building trusted and long-lasting relationships.Review efficiencies and recommend new processes to improve workflow and ROI.Review the work of junior team members, providing supportive mentorship.Set an example to the tax team as a proactive and hands-on Manager.

The Successful Applicant
CTA qualified and/or ACA or ACCA qualified with extensive practice experience.Experience within a corporate tax environment.Previous supervisory experience, with strong people management skills.Able to build a strong rapport with clients, being their go-to advisor.Excellent IT skills and knowledge.Strong leadership skills with a natural ability to inspire those around you.Excellent communication skills both written and verbal.Strong attention to detail and sound organisation skills.
