This role will work directly with our Head of Growth and assist on all marketing, product and growth related initiatives. You'll be deeply involved in the marketing and product initiatives of Superhuman, with the opportunity to learn what it means to scale a business. Role and Responsibilities :
  • Coordinating our ambassador and partnership programs
  • Influencer & podcast outreach, coordination and placement strategy
  • Copywriting for push notifications, emails or other marketing materials
  • Assisting with PR efforts
  • Supporting Superhuman’s social media strategy and management
  • Helping arrange and plan brand partnerships
  • Uploading, editing and refreshing content on the app
  • Determining content publishing schedule + coordinating new Activation concepts
  • Assisting with Apple and Google store strategy
  • Support paid ad strategy development and execution
  • Quality assurance of app, product features, website and other as needed
  • Conducting research studies for user behavior, marketing initiatives and strategy
  • Creating briefs, performance reports and internal documentation
Skills and Experience :
  • Experience as a Marketing or Product Lead / Associate / Assistant / Intern or a similar role
  • Strong grasp of marketing fundamentals and concepts including influencer marketing and paid advertising
  • Data analysis skills and strong understanding of Microsoft Excel or Google Sheets
  • Ability to create performance reports with high level summaries and conclusions
  • Excellent communication skills for effective collaboration
  • Creative mindset to generate innovative marketing ideas
  • Organizational skills to manage multiple projects
  • Bachelor's degree in Marketing or related field
  • Familiarity with office tools such as Google Suite, Asana, Slack and Figma
  • Tech-savviness and adaptability to digital tools
  • Positive attitude, attention to detail, and ambition to grow
  • Natural self-starter with the skills to manage projects and make decisions independently
  • Resourceful at finding solutions for blockers and proactive ability to automate workflows
  • Bringing forward creative opportunities to expand Superhumans growth and product
