An opportunity has arisen for a Higher-Level Teacher Assistant at Langley/Southall School.

Southall Hub is located within Telford Langley School and is part of a thriving and improving 11-16 community special school located in the Telford area of Shropshire.  The Hub provides education for students with moderate and complex learning difficulties; a growing proportion of the pupils have autistic spectrum conditions. 

Our ideal HLTA will: 

-    be confident and competent in guiding and leading young people

-    have previous experience in working with children with special needs
 -    have an understanding of Child Protection policies
 -    have patience and empathy towards pupils
 -    have a good command of both written and spoken English
