Description

  • Direct and oversee the customer service team to ensure high service standards are met.
  • Develop and implement customer service policies and procedures.

  • Manage and resolve complex customer service issues.
  • Conduct performance reviews and provide feedback to enhance team development.
  • Collaborate with other departments to maintain consistency in customer service delivery.

Profile

A successful Customer Operations Team Manager should have:
