The Delta Hotels by Marriott Waltham Abbey are now recruiting for a dynamic and passionate Sous Chef to join our Kitchen Team.

What you will do

As a Sous Chef you will be responsible for:
  • Assisting the Head Chef and leading the Kitchen team in providing an effective service in all food outlets for external and internal customers
  • Work to continually improve guest and associate satisfaction
  • Supervise all areas of the kitchen to ensure a consistent, high quality product is being produced at all times
  • Ensuring compliance in the team with food handling and sanitation standards
  • Train and develop the Kitchen team to enhance their knowledge and raise guest satisfaction
